For your convenience our practice offers several convenient payment options:

• Pre-payment courtesy — If you should decide to pay your orthodontic fee in full at the beginning of treatment, we will extend a bookkeeping courtesy discount.
• In office financing — We offer no interest, flexible financial arrangements with monthly payments. Coupon books are available and payments may also be made using a Visa Card, MasterCard, Discover Card, debit cards and flex dollar cards. Also, we can help you set up automatic recurring payments from your checking account or credit card.
• Recurring Payments — We can help you set up recurring payments from your checking account, savings account or credit card.

Will you bill my Insurance for me?
We will be happy to submit all necessary insurance forms for you if your dental insurance policy includes orthodontic coverage. We will accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies. We are a provider for most Delta plans. Any estimated insurance amounts not paid by your insurance carrier, becomes your obligation.
