We don’t even know where to begin. A simple thank you doesn’t seem to express the deep gratitude we are feeling. We have had such a positive experience each and every time in the past six or seven years we have had with you. The customer service is excellent. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly smile and appropriate eye contact. We have been to places where they won’t acknowledge your presence and it is definitely a different feeling. We have had a few parts to replace and always with a willing and cheerful attitude. You know that it can be a big investment (we tease the kids almost a car) but the results are wonderful and the experience was very pleasant.

We want you to know that what you did for us in Robby’s retainer was unbelievable. Honestly, we were not out to get something for nothing. When I found his retainer I was not even looking for it anymore, resigned to the fact that it was probably accidentally thrown away. So when I did find it and cancelled the next appointment we were just happy to have found it. We hope that it did not cause you too much extra work and trouble. Thank you for your extra kindness. You definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. You could have just pitched it and that would be that. You reached out and again surpassed customer service that is extremely rare in today’s businesses. We will never forget your kindness. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
