Academic Experience
Dr. Maher attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for four years and graduated with a B. S. in Pharmacology and Toxicology. She then attended the University of Minnesota for four years to become a dentist and continued on to the world renowned University of Minnesota Orthodontic Program full time for two years to obtain her Orthodontic Specialty Certificate.
Philosophy and Advanced Training
Dr. Maher believes that orthodontics is more than just straight teeth. She understands that a smile must be built on a healthy foundation of muscles, jaw joints and bite. She attends continuing education courses on an ongoing basis and regularly reviews top orthodontic journals such as The American Journal of Orthodontics and Orthotown. Dr. Maher is soft-tissue laser certified and has attended additional courses on mini implants. She bases her treatment decisions on the most up to date evidence and her use of current technology.
Technology
Dr. Maher and her team use many advances in orthodontic techniques and appliances including 3M Unitek Smart Clip braces and Insignia. The offices are fully equipped with digital radiography, computer charting, and digitally animated treatment videos.

Location
Our two convenient locations in Stillwater and Hudson allow you to be seen at either or both offices. We offer flexible appointment times for regular appointments and are committed to accommodating your school and work schedules.
